Incorporated in 2017 KSG Health Ltd import and distribute Genano air purification units to the UK market and internationally. Genano’s unique air purification method removes particles down to nanometre size from indoor air, eliminating microbes such as viruses, bacteria and mould, and also removes gases and odours.
KSG Health Limited’s co-founders and co-directors, Neville Spiers and Jarmo Kesanto have more than 70 years’ experience between them in owning, developing and successfully running various businesses in the UK and abroad.
Jarmo Kesanto has worked in Genano business development since 2008 and built up the UK side of the business on behalf of Genano Ltd, the Finnish manufacturer and IPR owner company of Genano. KSG Health business is built on that base and Jarmo has stayed as a shareholder in Genano Ltd Finland. Thanks to the established networks and partnerships he has forged, he has a wealth of Genano product knowledge which is now shared with Neville Spiers.
Neville got involved in the Genano air purification technology business in 2019 – it made perfect sense having him to help lead the way after a setting up and running successful businesses for most of his adult life.
Since our establishment, we have taken on the UK market for the distribution of Genano units to our many clients - including hospitals, laboratories, schools and offices to name a few.

Jarmo Kesanto (LL.M. MBA) is Finnish and has lived and worked in UK since 1996. He is the other co-founder and director of KSG Health Ltd, the UK importer and distributor of Genano air purification units. Jarmo has been running the UK business development for those units since 2008, on behalf of Genano Group, Finland, and now that business is taken over by KSG Health Ltd. Jarmo's key experience and skills are in international finance, business development & sales, added with the Genano product knowledge to benefit KSG Health Ltd business in the UK.
Neville Spiers has a degree in mathematics and he has been setting up and running businesses for most of his adult life. To continue his serial entrepreneur's career, Neville got involved in the Genano air purification technology business in UK last year. He became the other co-founder/director of KSG Health Ltd, the UK importer and distributor of Genano air purification units. He is also a professional speaker on a variety of business topics.
